Our Kiyomori roll cake is made with an abundance of local ingredients such as rice flour from the west of Kobe, milk from Mt. Rokko and black beans from Tanba. The cake has a cream with black bean and chestnut. The filling surrounded by a fluffy roll cake made with rice flour and kinako (soy bean powder). Enjoy it with the drink of your choice.
