Q1 Where is the Front Desk?

  • A.The front desk is located on the 4th floor of the main lobby. The "Club Floor" desk, which services all guests staying on our club floor levels, is located on the 37th floor. This reception desk closes at 9:00pm. so, all club floor guests have the option of checking in using the main desk.

Q2 What credit cards do you accept?

Q3 Is it possible to be put on a waiting list?

  • A.We do not offer a waiting list for any of our rooms.

  • A.We offer an exclusive "Club Floor" desk located on the 37th floor for check-in and check-out. You also have access to the "Club Floor" lounge, which is located on the same floor. Please inquire to learn more about our guest privileges.
