Measures against the Novel Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19)
The safety and wellbeing of our guests and employees is our top priority. From June, 2020, IHG Clean Promise will be rolled out at ANA Crowne plaza Kobe to reassure our guests that we’re committed to high levels of cleanliness.
Using new, science-led protocols and service measures, partnering with industry leading experts Cleveland Clinic, Ecolab and Diversey, and launching a global IHG Clean Promise, the strengthened measures will give guests greater confidence and hotel teams the protection needed.

Proper and frequent handwashing is vital to help combat the spread of viruses. We installed antiseptic hand sanitizer throughout the Hotel. Please use them frequently to ensure safety.
■Temperature & ID check
Please allow our service staff to check your temperature and confirm your personal identifications (e.g. driver's license or passport) upon check in. Our Hotel employees are also checking their temperatures twice a day.
We are working to improve air quality by increasing the ventilation and airflow in both the in guest rooms and public areas.
We are constantly updating our housekeeping and hygiene protocols.
We have cleaning and disinfecting protocols to clean rooms after guests depart and before the next guest arrives by paying special attention paid to high-touch items.
We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting in public spaces, with a focus on the counter at the front desk, elevators and elevator buttons, door handles, public bathrooms and even room keys.

In the spaces where associates work “behind the scenes,” hotels are increasing the frequency of cleaning and focusing on high-touch areas like associate entrances, locker rooms, laundry rooms and staff offices by providing them with antiseptic hand cleaners and wipes.
■Restaurants & Bars and Banquet

・Replaced buffet service with individual serving plate covered by plastic wraps and changed some menus
・We are also observing social distancing between people throughout the hotel.
・All service staff including chef are wearing masks
