ホテル外観美化工事のお知らせ 【Hotel Exterior Beautification Work】
平素よりANAクラウンプラザホテル神戸をご愛顧いただき、誠にありがとうございます。
このたび当ホテルでは、お客様により快適で魅力的な空間をご提供するため、ホテル外観の美化工事を実施いたします。工事期間は2025年11月1日から2026年9月30日までを予定しております。
工事期間中は、ホテル建物の外壁など一部エリアにて改修作業が行われるため、以下のようなご不便が生じる可能性がございます：

・工事時間帯における騒音（ドリルなどの作業音）

・通行制限によるホテル出入口・導線の一部変更
お客様の安全と快適さを最優先に考え、すべての作業は十分な安全対策のもとに進めてまいります。また、工事による影響を最小限に抑えるよう、ホテルスタッフ一同最大限の配慮を行ってまいりますので、どうぞご安心ください。
本工事は、ANAクラウンプラザホテル神戸の魅力をさらに高め、今後より多くのお客様にご満足いただける空間を目指すための大切な取り組みです。工事完了後には、より洗練された新たな外観に生まれ変わり、皆様により良い滞在体験をお届けできるものと確信しております。

We would like to inform our valued guests that ANA Crowne Plaza Kobe will undergo a façade beautification project to enhance the overall appearance of our property and improve guest experience. The construction work is scheduled to take place from 1 November 2025 to 30 September 2026.
During this period, certain areas of the hotel’s exterior will be under renovation. As a result, there may be some temporary inconveniences, including:
- ・Construction noise such as drilling at selected hours
- ・Restricted areas affecting access routes to and from the hotel
Please rest assured that every effort will be made to minimize any disruption caused. Work will be carried out with the highest safety standards, and our team will take all necessary precautionary measures to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests and visitors throughout the construction period.
